Benjamin Rautiainen is sticking in Tampa for the foreseeable future.
The Lightning made sure of it, signing the forward to a three-year, entry-level contract on Friday.
Rautiainen, 20, appeared spent the 2025-26 season with Finland's Liiga's Tappara, notching 25 goals and a league-best 77 points in 59 games.
The Finnish forward became the first player to surpass 70 points since the 2007-8 season — and was awarded the league's Lasse Oksanen MVP award as a result. Rautiainen also posted one goal and seven points through 18 playoff games with Tappara, en route to a Liiga championship. He has 36 goals and 111 points in 112 career games in the Finnish Liiga.
He also represented Finland at the 2025 IIHF world championship, collecting two goals and four points with the silver-medal squad.
Rautiainen was taken 108th overall by Tampa Bay in the 2025 draft and has yet to make his NHL debut.
